Save the date for Olympia Artspace Alliance’s Crystal Gala, an evening of art, community and celebration in support of Olympia’s creative community.

Join us at the Olympia Ballroom for a festive night featuring a live art auction, silent auction, dancing, local arts organizations, speakers, snacks and a cash bar, all while helping raise funds for OAA programming in 2027.

An Evening for Olympia’s Creative Community

The Crystal Gala is an opportunity to directly support local artists and help make more art possible throughout Olympia.

Participating artists will receive 60% of the proceeds from the sale of their artwork, while funds raised for Olympia Artspace Alliance will support programs such as space grants and Art in Olympia’s Storefronts in the year ahead.

Guests will also have opportunities to connect with local arts and cultural organizations and learn more about the people and programs strengthening Olympia’s creative community.

Evening Schedule

7–8:30 pm | Cocktail Hour + Art Preview
Mingle, enjoy snacks and a cash bar, meet members of the local arts community and preview artwork available during the evening’s auctions.

8:30–9:30 pm | Art Auction
Gather for the live auction, support participating artists and help fund OAA’s work in 2027.

9:30–11 pm | Dancing
Stay and celebrate with an evening of music and dancing at the Olympia Ballroom.
